This is hands down the most incredible app in the app store. Over the years I've used it to automate fulfillment of customized products, support our customer service team with problematic order flagging, build sophisticated data workflows (now that metafields/objects exist), and generally solve so many problems when someone says to me "we need a new app that does X" or "can you source a software that does Y". If you're creative, if you're a systems-minded person...you can almost always leverage Mechanic to solve your complex automation problem on shopify

I love this app! Everything that is not possible with Shopify Flow is possible with this app. I've had a few questions / difficulties with tasks and Matt has always answered me very quickly and in detail. Mechanic really takes a lot of automation off our hands that would otherwise have to be done manually.

I only had a limited time to test some of the features and then forgot about it. When I returned to check on it, after the trial period was ended, I was met with an incredibly aggressive and rude notification in the menu:
"This account is suspended, and Mechanic is no longer processing activity for this store."
It makes it sound like some massive policy violations took place and you're banned for life for testing their app!
